Website purpose
This website provides general information, captures project inquiries, produces non-binding planning estimates from customer-provided inputs, and helps request appointments. Website content is not engineering, architectural, legal, insurance, drainage, code, or other professional advice.
Planning estimates are not offers
Every online result is a preliminary planning estimate, not a bid, contract, guarantee, invoice, or binding offer. A $629 minimum service charge applies. Seamless installation starts at $12 per linear foot, but measured footage, material, removal, disposal, access, height, fascia, drainage, permits, taxes, concealed conditions, and selected scope may change price. Final scope, inclusions, exclusions, schedule, and price require on-site inspection and written Royal Gutters approval.
No performance guarantees
We do not guarantee that a gutter, guard, downspout, or drainage solution will eliminate all overflow, debris, cleaning, maintenance, leaks, erosion, moisture, pests, ice, or property damage. Regular inspection, cleaning, and maintenance remain necessary. Results depend on roof geometry, rainfall, trees, maintenance, site conditions, and approved scope.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, have authority concerning the property, disclose known hazards and access limitations, secure pets, and not rely on an online estimate to purchase materials or authorize work. Never submit passwords, payment-card details, medical records, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive information.
Appointments and communications
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment or service availability. A requested time is pending confirmation. You authorize contact about your specific request as disclosed at submission. Optional marketing text consent is separate and not a condition of purchase.
Contract controls
If Royal Gutters accepts a project, the signed proposal, scope of work, change orders, warranty terms, and payment documents govern. If website content conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

This site may use or link to GoHighLevel, Jobber, mapping, analytics, communication, scheduling, payment, supply, or other third-party services. Those providers have separate terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee of availability or endorsement of every third-party statement.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website content and estimation logic are protected by applicable law. Do not disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, submit false leads, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the site unlawfully.

To the extent permitted by law, Royal Gutters disclaims implied warranties relating to website operation and online estimate accuracy and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from reliance on website content. Governing terms and changes
Applicable law, venue, dispute terms, cancellation rights, warranties, and contractor notices for an accepted project will appear in the signed agreement as required. We may update these website terms prospectively. The effective date identifies the current version.
