Royal Gutters may use rules-based automation and AI-assisted tools to support estimates, summaries, communications, and internal operations.

Planning estimates
Online estimates are generated from customer inputs and pricing rules. They are non-binding planning ranges, not professional measurements, final quotes, engineering opinions, or guarantees. A person must review site conditions and approve final scope and price.
Uploaded photos and submitted text
If photo analysis or AI summarization is enabled, submitted content may be processed to identify project details or prepare an internal lead summary. Do not upload faces, license plates, neighboring private areas, documents, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information.
Human review
Automated output may be incomplete or incorrect. Royal Gutters personnel remain responsible for confirming customer-facing scope, measurements, scheduling, material suitability, price, and contractual commitments.
Data handling
Any production AI provider must be approved, configured for appropriate data handling, and listed in internal vendor records before customer data is sent to it. AI output will not be used as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
